Terms & Conditions Of Sale:
All orders placed with kNOw Where 2Jeep (phone and internet/web) constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on kNOw Where 2Jeep Price List and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of kNOw Where 2Jeep until paid for in full. ALL orders shipped to a Pennsylvania Address MUST pay 6.00% Pennsylvania State Sales Tax on the product(s) and shipping costs. This is required by the Pennsylvania State Department of Taxation and Finance. In the event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a Pennsylvania address, kNOw Where 2Jeep will recalculate the order to include sales tax. The order will not be fully processed or shipped until the sales tax owed is paid.
All modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-highway use. Federal and some state laws prohibit removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Installation of these items may violate several state or federal laws and regulations. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. kNOw Where 2Jeep is NOT responsible for violation of any of these laws or regulations. Vehicle modification may void warranty coverage.
All prices, materials, design, color, contents (included with a product), and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images shown may not be the actual product for the vehicle and may be shown with optional items that are sold separately.

Returns:
kNOw Where 2Jeep will refund the purchase amount of authorized/inspected returns via company check. The refund will be sent to the billing address only. In the event that an item must be returned, please contact sales@knowwhere2jeep.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns must be clearly marked with the correct RMA number or they WILL be denied. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. All sales of clearance items, special orders, and electrical items are FINAL. No returns will be accepted on these items. All items returned must be in resale/non-used condition or the return will be denied. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect all packages immediately and in the presence of the delivery person. If an incorrect item was shipped, kNOw Where 2Jeep will issue a UPS return label at no charge, or reimburse the customer for return shipping via UPS Ground. Original shipping charges are non refundable. If an item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Order Cancellation:
Most orders placed are processed within 24 hours. To cancel an order recently place, please contact or sales department sales@knowwhere2jeep.com. If an order placed is already shipped, delivery of order must be taken and order is subject to all return stipulations stated above.

Warranty:
Customer abuse, negligence, or mishandling will void any and all warranties. All items sold by kNOw Where 2Jeep are ONLY subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any. All warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer and are eligible for repair or replacement at manufacturers discretion. If needed, contact us for manufacturers return procedure. kNOw Where 2Jeep is not responsible for any fees associated with warranty claims. There is no warranty coverage on electrical parts, engine parts, or lighting.
