Quick Overview

We've taken the guess work out of it and assembled this complete package to swap a Ford Explorer 8.8 axle into your TJ. Only the highest quality parts are used to make your swap easy and reliable.
To do a complete axle swap, you will need an axle from a 1995+ Ford Explorer (with disc brakes).
Welding is required. We highly recommend welding the axle tubes to the housing. The plugs used to hold the tubes from the factory will not withstand the abuse of an avid off-roader.

*Dana Spicer Driveshaft Flange Adapter (Fits 1310 u-joint)
*Four 12mm x 1.75 thread 12-point driveshaft flange bolts
*Crown Jeep ZJ Emergency Brake Cables
*Laser Cut 3/16" steel coil spring cups
*Laser Cut 3/16" steel sway bar and track bar mounts
*Laser Cut 3/16" shock mounts
*Laser Cut 3/16" steel control arm mounts
*Available Separately: Ford 8.8 gears and install kits & chromoly axle shafts.
